The Average Québecker & Why Students in the ROC Won't Protest Much

So, a couple of questions I posed below seem to have been answered by a couple of enterprising journalists.

First, what the 'average' Quebecker thinks about the student protests and Bill 78 by Paul Wells of Maclean's does a great job of dissecting some poll results and summarizing what it all means.

Second, Brian Platt takes a pretty good stab at trying to determine why, in the Rest of Canada, students are more timid and are unlikely to mount a huge protest along the lines of what we've seen over the past 13 weeks in Québec.

Enjoy!
